What are your regulations for cancellations and refunds?

We require any cancellation to be done in writing via email. Your cancellation will be considered from the date and time it was sent, rather than by the date and time we actually read it. If an acknowledgement is not received from us within 24 hours, just give us a call so we can verify receipt of the cancellation request. We handle cancellation fees with the following guidelines:

  • No show with no notice given to us: 0% refund. Customers who do not notify us of a cancellation will be charged the full amount.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of reserving, you will receive 100% refund.
  • If you cancel before 24 hours of your scheduled pickup, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Gratuitiy never charged in a cancellation scenario.

Is smoking allowed on vehicles?

Smoking is not allowed on any of our vehicles. We do this for the health of all passengers and employees, as well as for the cleanliness of our vehicles. We strive to keep everything in "new" condition for as long as possible.

Is a tip added to the bill?

In as many cases as possible, we do not include tips on the bill. We like to leave this at the client's discretion. However when we do include the tip on the bill, we fully disclose this in every instance.

Do you allow alcoholic beverages to be consumed on your vehicles?

One of the prime benefits of renting a vehicle licensed by the Department of Transportation is that alcoholic beverage consumption is permitted in the passenger areas. So yes. We welcome you to bring your favorite adult beverages on board to enjoy while you're with us. (Just as long as you're over the legal drinking age!)

What payment types do you accept?

We are able to accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, travelers checks, and pre-approved checks drafted from a local bank.

Can we make changes to our travel route without incurring extra charges?

Significant changes to your itinerary might incur an additional charge. This is generally at the discretion of the driver, and agreed upon by all pertinent parties before the change and charge are both levied.
